COMMERCIAL SERVICES TEAM
A 40-year veteran of the real estate industry, Julie has managed
Old Republic Title’s Commercial and Special Projects Division
since 2003.
She oversees every detail within the division and works closely
with the Company’s Underwriting Department in San Francisco
to expedite the approval of high liability transactions.
Throughout her tenure, Julie has distinguished herself as one of
the Company’s top producers and a dedicated advocate for the
commercial real estate industry. She is the recipient of multiple
“5 Star” escrow awards and, in 2019, was recognized by her peers
as a Top 2 Escrow O cer for Old Republic Title’s Western Title
Division, which services six states.
