Pamela started her career in 1986 with a national title company
and immediately knew this would be her career path.
Throughout the years she has pursued excellence in all areas of
the industry.
She was responsible for a multi-million dollar operation which

included leasing and negotiating o ce sites as well as managing
the budget and forecasting for her division.

Under her management Pamela’s region held #1 in market share
while exceeding corporate retention goals. As Vice President and
County Manager for a national title company she was named #1
List Maker in the Book of List, (the “Business Journal” of the title
insurance industry). Pamela led the Regional New Home Division
as a two time recipient of the excellence in service MAME award from the BIA (Builder
Industry Association).

With more than 44 years of title and escrow experience, Niels has
worked in almost all segments of the title industry since 1975.
Prior to joining Old Republic Title in 2008, Niels worked for
several leading title companies where he held various positions
ranging from Branch Manager, Area Manager to County Manager
of several major west coast counties. He established or expanded
commercial divisions at several title companies.
Niels has focused much of his energy on Bay Area markets,
developing strong relations with both the Redevelopment
Agencies as well as Housing Authorities in several cities. Niels has
been involved with a number of major projects throughout the
state with many of the major developers of a ordable,
low-income housing.
Niels has been a member of several industry organizations
including the Oakland Chamber of Commerce, Rental Housing,
East Bay Housing Organizations (EBHO), CCIM and International Council of Shopping
Centers (ICSC). He also served on the Board of Directors for Richmond Neighborhood
Housing Services.
