Leisa Small is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg,
Virginia. Since graduating she has accumulated over 35 years of
experience in the real estate industry. In addition to spending
over 25 years in escrow here in Arizona, she has worked in sales,
marketing, sales training and mortgage lending. These experiences
have given her a unique perspective, extensive knowledge and a
great understanding of the processes involved in a successful escrow
transaction. Also, Leisa has worked in the real estate industry in both
Virginia and California.

Leisa believes a person should always be open to learning and growing in their career and
is excited to represent her peers in the escrow industry as a member of the Arizona State
Escrow Association Leadership Team.

Travel, spending time with family and playing with beloved pets, Maggie and Lily are among
favorite pastimes enjoyed by Leisa.
