Patti Casillas began her career as a Commercial Escrow Officer in
1991, ranking her amongst the most experienced Commercial Escrow
Officers in the Valley today. Patti has worked on major accounts across
a variety of markets and has a keen understanding of the critical
elements of commercial transactions to bring them to a successful
close for her clients. Whether you are a seasoned developer or new to

Patti also has a full and complete understanding of Hold-Open Binders, Concurrent
and Reissue Rates, Patti is adept at streamlining title insurance costs through to next
phases of construction and or refinance. She can also facilitate UCC policies as
required.

Patti is an Arizona native, born in the mining town of Bisbee Arizona. In her spare
time, she enjoys outdoor activities of horseback riding, quads and jet skis and
spending time with her family which include her grandkids, boxer and her chihuahua.
