With access to the ePASS® Network from your loan origination software, you can electronically order title and escrow services directly from Old Republic without ever leaving your borrower file!

For many lenders, opening an order for title and/or escrow products can be inconvenient. Traditional methods include phone calls, faxes or even re-keying the order information into a company’s website. Each of these methods is time consuming and subject to errors.

Now from within Encompass, Genesis 2000®, Contour™, Byte, Powerpack, Harland Software, Pipeline, Criterion, Loan Magic and many other loan origination software systems, to place an order, you simply click on the Old Republic storefront. Relevant customer information need to open the order auto-populates the Old Republic order form.

When you use the ePASS® Network to electronically open orders with Old Republic you can enjoy benefits such as:
